Shipping Information

At Meow Roar Cosmetics, we're committed to getting your premium products to you safely and as quick as possible. Orders are fulfilled from North America to ensure the fastest delivery times.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed immediately, promptly followed by fulfillment. Fulfillment time for cosmetics is typically within 3-5 days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Note, holiday and seasonal demands can impact fulfillment durations. Apparel fulfillment is typically with a day or two.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order weight at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon—stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status by logging into your account.

Returns & Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetic products unless they are defective or damaged. Please email sales@meowroarcosmetics.com with a photo and we'll promptly take care of you.

Please note: Dusting is not considered damage and is not uncommon due to shipping and handling.

How to Initiate a Return For Defective or Damaged Items

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at sales@meowroarcosmetics.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days
